Early-access account limits
Review these limits before requesting an account. Mail delivery requires an activated mailbox.
- 100 MB of workspace storage by default, shared by draft attachments, imported originals, and signature images. Your owner may adjust your allowance.
- 10 MB per draft attachment, with up to five attachments per draft. The mail server may enforce a smaller total message size.
- Up to 25 recipients per message.
- Up to 100 sending attempts per 24-hour window across messages and calendar invitations for each sender address. Unconfirmed attempts count toward the limit.
- Connected mailbox storage has a separate server allowance.
Joining the pilot
Registration is invitation-only during the pilot. Submit an early-access request; the owner reviews access before you create an account.
Protect your access
Save your one-time recovery key securely and enable an authenticator. Backup-email verification is not available yet. No telephone number is required.
Workspace backups cover records. Connected mailbox messages and file contents require separate backups.
