What this workspace uses

Your signed-in account identifier and contact email identify your workspace. We save profile details, address requests, contacts, drafts, uploaded files, early-access requests, team membership, shared drafts, and the status of send attempts. Account passwords are stored as salted hashes. Authenticator keys are encrypted, and recovery keys and session tokens are stored as hashes.

For passkeys, we store public keys and credential metadata, not biometric data. We also store message reports and mailbox provisioning status. Vacation replies and scheduled messages are held by the connected mail server.

Connected mailboxes

If you connect a mailbox, your app password is encrypted before it is saved. Mailbox data is retrieved from the configured mail server to display your messages and carry out your actions. Email content is not end-to-end encrypted by this webmail app.

Access and use

We use this information to operate the workspace, support accounts, and handle delivery requests. Authorized service operators and infrastructure providers may process information as needed to provide and maintain the service.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, remove contacts, and disconnect a mailbox in Settings. Use Privacy & backups to export workspace records, restore drafts and contacts, choose Trash retention, or delete your account. Use Security to review and revoke sessions. Service owners must transfer ownership before deletion. Deleting information from this workspace does not automatically remove copies held by email recipients.

Early-access scope

This notice describes the current workspace. Workspace Trash retention can be set to 7, 30, or 90 days; cleanup runs during workspace activity. Daily snapshots are created before the first workspace change of each day and retained for 30 days. Account deletion removes workspace files and snapshots. Infrastructure providers may retain recovery copies according to their own policies. Public mailbox registration and final service terms remain separate launch steps.
